Έχει πλέον καθιερωθεί, φίλες και φίλοι. Το Φεστιβάλ Βενετίας την τελευταία δεκαετία έχει αναδειχθεί στο κατεξοχήν φεστιβάλ όπου στοχεύει το Hollywood για τις μεγάλες πρεμιέρες οσκαρικών φιλοδοξιών. Τα τελευταία χρόνια έχουμε δει στην Biennale από The Shape of Water και Poor Things μέχρι Dune και Joker. Ε, η φετινή διοργάνωση δεν θα αποτελέσει εξαίρεση. Χτες λοιπόν το Φεστιβάλ Βενετίας ανακοίνωσε το πρόγραμμα της 81ης διοργάνωσής του, το οποίο περιέχει βεβαίως το πολυαναμενόμενο Joker: Folie à Deux του Todd Phillips, ενώ ταινία έναρξης του φεστιβάλ θα είναι ακόμα ένα sequel, το Beetlejuice Beetlejuice του Tim Burton. Άλλοι μεγάλοι τίτλοι που ανακοινώθηκαν για φέτος είναι το Queer του Luca Guadagnino με τον Daniel Craig και το αγγλόφωνο ντεμπούτο του Pedro Almodovar με το The Room Next Door. Στο μεταξύ βέβαια έχουμε και απρόσμενα έντονη ελληνική παρουσία στο φεστιβάλ, όχι μόνο λόγω του βιογραφικού Maria του Pablo Larrain για τη Μαρία Κάλλας με την Angelina Jolie που είναι ελληνική συμπαραγωγή και έκανε γυρίσματα στην Ελλάδα, αλλά και τη νέα ταινία της Αθηνάς Τσαγγάρη, το Harvest, και το Quiet Life του Αλέξανδρου Αβρανά που κάνουν πρεμιέρα στο επίσημο διαγωνιστικό και το τμήμα Orizzonti αντίστοιχα.
